Hotel Operations Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a hands- on hospitality professional, eager to deliver exceptional guest services. The Hotel Operations Manager will take ownership of all aspects of the hotel operations to ensure that the highest level of guest satisfaction is met.
Key accountabilities:
- Responsible for the daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Handle check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, complaints and requests (including concierge services) in a professional and timely manner
- Guide and coordinate the Housekeeping team
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational strategies and corrective actions for the optimization of guest experience
Skills & expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in boutique hotels or villas/suites
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English language (oral and written), additional languages are a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
