We are looking for a Resort Guide based in Chania.
As aResort Guide, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Type of employment: Seasonal
Job responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the airport
- Hold informative welcome meetings for guests at hotels
- Provide excellent and professional service towards the guests
- Promote and sell the company’s excursion program and car hire
- Meet set sales targets
- Have the responsibility of the customers Emergency Mobile phone (24/7)
Qualifications / Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German & English languages.
- Knowledge of extra languages (i.e. French etc.) will be highly appreciated.
- Deadline oriented
- Good computer skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Driving license
