About the Role:

As an Assistant Waiter/Waitress, you will support our dining services, assisting in creating exceptional experiences for our guests across various settings, from our serene breakfast service to our sophisticated dinner operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Service: Assist in serving food and beverages and ensuring a smooth service flow.
2. Guest Interaction: Provide polite and efficient service to guests, attending to their needs and requests.
3. Maintaining Standards: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, adhering to the hotel's high standards of hygiene and presentation.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff to facilitate outstanding guest service.
5. Learning and Development: Seize opportunities to learn about various aspects of fine dining service, menu offerings, and beverage service.
6. Efficiency and Accuracy: Aid in ensuring orders are correctly taken and delivered, and assist in handling billing processes.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience in a service role is essential.
2. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Characteristics: Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
5. Physical Requirements: Capability to engage in physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
