The ideal candidate should be:

• able to multitask and use initiative, focusing on guests' needs
• with good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
• a strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions and apply policies and procedures
• detail-oriented

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
• Fluency in English and Greek (conversation, reading and writing), knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
• Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
• Fully computer-literate 
• Flexibility in working shifts
