Sandblu boasts an unmatched offering of Food and Beverage outlets, therefore an exceptional F&B experience for our guests is of paramount importance. Our F&B program consists of two restaurants (designed by the globally renowned architects, Rockwell Group), a wine bar, a wine cave, and a bakery.  

We are seeking to employ a Mini Bar Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restock mini-bars in guest rooms according to established standards and inventory procedures.
• Monitor and record mini-bar consumption and charges accurately using the hotel's computerized system.
• Ensure that mini-bars are presented neatly and attractively, with all items properly arranged and displayed.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
