Responsibilities

• Manage reservations for the resort's food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and private dining areas.
• Coordinate with guests and internal departments to ensure accurate booking information and meet special requests.
• Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding dining options and experiences.
• Maintain reservation records and communicate updates and changes to relevant staff members.
• Uphold the high standards of service and hospitality expected at a luxury resort, contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reservations or guest services role in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Prior experience in reservations will be asset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
