Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, and other baked goods under the guidance of senior baker.
• Learn and develop baking skills through hands-on experience and training provided by experienced bakers.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistent quality in baked products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section, including equipment and workstations.
• Support the baking team in meeting production targets and fulfilling orders for the resort's dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in baking or pastry-making.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction from senior baker.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the bakery operation.
