The ideal candidate should be:

• Friendly and have a polite personality
• Able to multitask and use initiative, focusing on guests' needs
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
• A strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions and apply policies and procedures
• Detail-oriented

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
• Fluency in English and Greek (conversation, reading and writing), knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
• Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
• Fully computer-literate (Opera experience will be appreciated)
• Flexibility in working shifts
