Your main purpose
Mission: As a restaurant Manager, you will design food and beverage experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Management: Coordinate daily restaurant management operations. Organize and supervise employees' shifts. Train the restaurant team on proper customer service practices in cooperation with the F&B managers. Communicate to the Chef any issues regarding food quality or special requests. Appraise employees’ performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
What will you bring?
Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
Experience in managing a small or bigger team within an F&B environment.
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus
Fluency in English (verbal).
