Overall Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist guests in selecting the perfect accommodation, providing information about villa types, rates, and ThinkVilla services.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and/or email, providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Process reservation modifications, cancellations, and villa upgrades in accordance with ThinkVilla policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including coordinating with the accounting and sales teams.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system, ensuring all guest information is accurate and confidential.
• Proactively communicate with guests to confirm reservations, gather additional details, and address any special requests or preferences.
• Provide support during peak periods, Performs all assigned duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Requirements

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements.

• Strong knowledge on OTA’s
• 1+ year previous experience in the Hospitality Sector
• Guest Focused Mindset
• Proficiently in English language, is mandatory.
• Experience in acknowledged resorts and hotels as Agent, Reservations.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Diploma or certificate in the Hospitality Management, will be considered as an Asset.
