Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for experienced and talented Waiters to join the Atlantica Nissaki Beach team in Corfu island for the summer season of 2024.

As a Waiter, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of menus, drink recipes, garnishes, and presentation techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, fostering positive interactions with guests.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a waiter
• Extensive knowledge of the menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent in English
