Karras Hotels Group is in pursuit of an experienced Operations Manager. The position is full time and based in Zakynthos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising, coordinating, guiding and motivating all hotel employees towards guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Internal Policies are constantly followed and in the right way by all team members, aiming to achieve the highest guest and employee satisfaction.
• Improving systems, processes, and best practices of business management.
• Actively participating in hiring, training and performance monitoring of all hotel employees.
• Conducting quality controls.
• Finding ways to enhance the quality of customer service.
• Successfully handling any guest complaints or very demanding guest requests that may occur in an empathetic and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in 4-star hotel complexes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
• Proficient use of MS Office and relevant hotel PMS (preferably Pylon).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on professional with “can do” attitude and team spirit.
