NUMO Ierapetra, Curio Collection by Hilton is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.

Main responsibilities

• Receiving and executing orders in a professional manner
• Application of all safety rules
• Communication with customers and provision of high-quality services to meet personalized needs
• Effective management of possible complaints

Qualifications

• Degree from a bartender school or similar
• Knowledge and techniques of high level cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wine
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels or a la carte restaurants
• Very good knowledge of English language

• Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage

• Pleasant, kind and friendly personality, with an eager for development and growth
• Professional appearance and behavior, aiming to provide high quality services
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to immediately understand the needs and desires of guests
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
