Hotel Manager – Paraga Mykonos

Zephyros Hotel in Mykonos is seeking to hire: Hotel Manager

Key accountabilities:

• Participates in recruiting, training, and coaching of hotel employees according to the Hotel Philosophy and Brand Standards.
• Promotes a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
• Coordinates and manages daily operations throughout different departments, ensuring the smooth cooperation between them, conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensures full compliance with SOP’s, policies and service standards by all associates in all departments.
• Addresses and resolves guest concerns and issues promptly, oversees service recovery procedures ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.

Skills:

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager.
• Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent use, both oral and written, of Greek & English language. Knowledge of a third language will be considered as a plus.
