Job Description/duties

• Respond to reservation requests which the company receives from our wholesale clients (Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Corporates, Organizations)
• Input & manage clients’ bookings for accommodation, tours, excursions, cruises and air/ferry tickets in the back-office of our ERP
• Maximize company revenue by taking every opportunity to develop additional business through the up-selling and cross-selling of ancillary services & products, whenever this is possible.
• Ensure all business travel reservations are accurately handled, deadlines are met, and correct documentation is provided in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Be able to handle unforeseen problems and complaints and contribute to a high rate of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English Language
• PC Literacy (MS Office)
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Team player
• Reliable, dedicated work ethic
