Job Title: ADMISSION & CASHIER DESK (Permanent & Seasonal)

 

Job Function: Issuing Tickets, Providing Information, Retail Shop & Customer Service

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently
  • Responsible for handling payments, issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions
  • Provide alternative sitting options based on the guests’ needs
  • Handle visitors without reservations or those who hold up in line for buying a ticket
  • Handles guest complaints directly and inform the supervisor about the handling procedure
  • Work co-ordinately and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Respond appropriately in any crisis or security situation
  • Comply with working regulations as required

Requirements – Junior Level

  • Professional experience in a similar role.
  • Standard PC knowledge
  • Good math skills and familiar with technical equipment, like cash register and POS
  • Customer service orientation
  • Organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work under pressure
