Job Title: Field & Support Technician
The potential candidate will be part of the Technical Department and will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance and customer support.
- Field service, including technical product installation and maintenance on fuel management systems
- Ensure the highest level of client services is rendered during the field service
- Ensures all administrative tasks required are performed accurately and promptly
- Availability to travel on an ad-hoc basis based on business requirement
- Working experience in installation and maintenance of electronic systems
- Software support experience would be an advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Very comfortable with technology and quick learner of new tools and software
- Team player
- Driving license
- Military obligations completed for male candidates
