What are we looking for?

An experienced Field Technician with great analytical and troubleshooting skills to join our After Sales team, based in our Athens office.

The ongoing goal of this position is to provide high-quality field service work (refrigeration/electrical) for maintenance, start-ups and repairs at our key accounts’ premises.

Core responsibilities:

• Start-up, maintenance and repair: field intervention, clients’ notification, planning of visits.
• Technical support remotely (by email or phone) and/or on site: technical analysis and reports, documentation.
• Visits reports with all technical details approved by customer.
• Handling customers’ technical complaints.
• Identification of spare parts for FG equipment.
• EH&S: follow up and apply AHI Carrier SEE Environmental Health & Safety rules and procedures.
• Participate in technical trainings to leverage technical knowledge.
• Provide technical trainings to clients/partners on new product after start-up/commissioning.

Profile:

• Graduated in refrigeration or mechanical/electrical engineering either from a vocational technical school or a technical university/technical educational institute is a prerequisite.
• 5-10 years of professional experience as field technician in a multinational company or a large technical company.
• Experienced in maintenance, repairs and start-ups in industrial field and refrigeration sector.
• Valid refrigeration license (technician/supervisor technician) and F-Gas certification according to Regulation (EU) 2015/2067.
• Valid driving license. Ability to travel within Greece and more rarely abroad, when required.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
• Good PC literacy (MS Office, Internet).
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
• Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills and customer-centric perception.
• Team spirit, developing and encouraging a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
