We are seeking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Support team. The selected candidate will be fully employed by Helix2 and her/his responsibilities will be to perform on time and accurate Service activities.
Job Purpose The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, monitoring, updating and maintaining systems in the field, for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and solve the issues either in person or over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support:Execute on-site installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of multi-symptom system faults.
- Operations & Maintenance:Lead critical maintenance tasks and respond to service calls promptly, following strict work instructions.
- Customer Engagement:Communicate complex technical issues to clients, conduct personnel training, and drive satisfaction through service excellence.
- Reporting & Strategy:Draft technical reports, support account sales visits, and identify new business opportunities.
- Professional Development:Participate in company projects and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years proven working experience in technical support or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electronics Engineering
- Strong communication, technical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Network and Communication Technology
- Motivated, dedicated, hardworking, flexible
- Good communication skills, excellent team player
- Fluency in English and in Greek
- Valid driving license, active driving experience
- Ability to trave
