We are looking for a productive, well-organized, and technically minded professional to join our team as a Technical Department Assistant.

In this role you will provide essential support to our technical operations, assisting our dealer network, preparing technical documentation, conducting basic diagnostic checks, and contributing to training activities and technical projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn, with a solid understanding of mechanical and electronic systems and a strong sense of teamwork.
Your contribution will play a key part in ensuring smooth technical processes and delivering high-quality support and solutions to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our dealer/partner network with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist end-users via phone or email when needed.
  • Prepare, organize, and update technical documentation (reports, manuals, specifications).
  • Perform basic diagnostic checks and support maintenance or repair activities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the technical team during trainings, workshops, demonstrations, and partner events in Greece and abroad.
  • Monitor and help resolve technical issues in cooperation with partners.
  • Conduct technical research to support projects and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support (scheduling, procurement, inventory management).
  • Manage and maintain technical systems and training platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Support or conduct staff training on technical platforms and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Assistant, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Technical education or degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field).
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electronic systems (e.g., small engines, tools, machinery).
  • Familiarity with diagnostic software, information systems, and training platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Very good command of MS Office; basic experience with databases or ERP is an asset.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to travel in Greece and occasionally abroad for training.
  • Valid driving license.
