- Configure and maintain Cisco firewalls and networking solutions within the Cisco ecosystem
- Handle Microsoft licensing management and compliance
- Manage and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware)
- Support and participate in internal and external IT audits
- Apply Cyber Security best practices to maintain a secure IT environment
- Act as a Team Leader, coordinating with internal teams and managing relationships with 3rd-party vendors and service providers
- Cloud experience (Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, etc.) will be considered an asset
