SmartNS is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise networking. As part of our continuous growth, we have recently established a Field Installations & On-Site Systems Department to deliver end-to-end installation and deployment services to our clients. 

We are now looking for a Field Installations Technician – Assistant to join our team and support our engineers on-site with installations of various systems. 

Role Overview  

You will work closely with our technical teams on-site to assist with the installation, setup, and deployment of low-voltage and electronic systems, including: 

• CCTV and video surveillance systems 

• Alarm and intrusion detection systems 

• Access control solutions 

• Wi-Fi access points and network devices 

• Audio-Visual and collaboration systems 

• Structured cabling and low-voltage wiring 

• Rack assembly, patch panels, and cable management 

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on installation work.  

Requirements 

• Basic experience or strong interest in low-voltage systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, networking devices) 

• Educational background in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields 

• Completed military service (for male candidates) 

• Valid car driving license (mandatory) – motorcycle license is a plus 

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn 

• Ability to work as part of a team on-site 

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of care in all installation work 

• Commitment to delivering flawless results, ensuring installations are precise, clean, and completed to the highest professional standards 

• Ability to maintain a tidy and organized work environment and leave customer sites in excellent condition upon completion
