Τεχνικοί / ServiceWe are seeking a skilled and motivated FTTH Field Technician to join our growing telecommunications team. Responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic connections from the network to the customer premises.
- Install and activate FTTH connections at residential and business locations.
- Perform splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic cables using OTDR and other tools.
- Troubleshoot fiber network issues and restore services in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret network diagrams, technical manuals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work, completed jobs, and materials used.
- Conduct site surveys and determine optimal cable routing.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain services and resolve any service issues.
