DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs service and maintenance independently and completes service and repair assignments correctly and time efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of the job by Self- inspections upon finishing of the task or test drives vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Have well knowledge and experience on diagnosing different automotive systems. Can perform the basic and advanced inspection and apply logical steps to find the rootcause e.g., verify the symptom, has a logical approachable style, and rectify the fault with confidence.
• Achieving High Standards focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting results, displaying professionalism, and maintaining awareness to details. This includes understanding the importance of serving the customer and anticipating their needs, being a “self-starter”, consistently achieving or exceeding goals, showing concern for all aspects of the job.
• Uses manuals including electrical diagrams as necessary to complete the repair order.
• Follows safety rules and regulations.
• Cleaning and maintain the tools and equipment in good working order and ensures facility is clean and organized at all times.
• Working Effectively with Others focuses on valuing teamwork, listening, speaking and writing effectively.
• Coordinates and support Parts related jobs, etc.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education, training and/or state/national certifications should clearly demonstrate the possession of the knowledge and skills stated above. 

• Vocational school or college graduated in automotive professional.
• Electrician certified by the state authority, certified in high voltage is preferred.
• Driver’s license
• Excellent computer skills, i.e., Microsoft office, mails...
• Minimum 3-8 years’ experience in automotive repair or service.
• English speaking fluently
