Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for an ERP Implementation Consultant, to work at the premises of our company in Athens. As an ERP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop both your technical and business skills, within a dynamic implementation specialist team and receive adequate training, coaching, and mentoring to develop your career expectations. 

.Key Responsibilities 

• Analysis of customer needs & consulting services to ERP projects 

• Installation, customization, and training services on customer site 

• Provision of solutions and problem solving in respect to software 

• Communicating and collaborating effectively with partners, team members and clients 

• Continuing SoftOne education Certifications  

Desired Skills and Experience  

• Μore than 1-2 years working experience in ERP software applications and good knowledge of business processes and ERP development tools 

• Experience in Reporting Tools (crystal reports) or and in Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems will be considered as an asset  
• Very good Windows/Microsoft Knowledge

• Excellent organizational, customer service, and follow up skills 

• Ability to familiarize quickly with the company's technology and processes  

Preferred 

• SoftΟne Certifications
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration or a related field will be appreciated 

• Knowledge of T-SQL (MS SQL Server) 

• A proven record of customer support experience is an advantage 

• Understanding basic accounting principles 

• Further technical knowledge in Scripting & XML is an advantage
