ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our growing team

Main responsibilities

➢ Responsible for handling and coordinating service attendances worldwide

➢ Collaborating with other parties to efficiently allocate Service Engineers resources and to maximize the completion of customer service requests.

➢ Reviewing and communicating all related requirements to Service Engineers prior to their visits.

➢ Quotation preparation and alignment with clients and agents

Job requirements

➢ Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or relevant field

➢At least 3 years of experience in the maritime sector in the same position

➢ Literate in using digital tools (CRM such as Sales Force/ ERP Systems/ Microsoft tools such as TEAMS, SharePoint etc)

➢ Clear and effective oral and written communication in English
