Your Role: Keeping Our Customers Moving with Confidence
Reporting to the Service Center Manager - Athens, you will be the key contact between our valued customers and the technical team. Your main responsibilities will include:
· 📅 Scheduling and managing service appointments, ensuring smooth and timely repair & maintenance of customer vehicles.
· 🤝 Consulting with professional customers to understand technical issues, creating repair orders, and ensuring accurate diagnostics.
· 🔧 Overseeing the repair process to guarantee vehicle delivery within agreed timelines.
· 🛡️ Managing warranty submissions and claims effectively.
· 🎯 Identifying customer needs and offering tailored workshop services and solutions.
· 📞 Coordinating incoming calls for our S24H service line.
Your Qualifications:
· Technical School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering is a plus!
· 3+ years of experience in a similar role; commercial insight into the automotive market will be an advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Fluent in Greek & English; German knowledge is a plus.
