In detail, the Technician, will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor service requests and coordinate repairs to keep building equipment and infrastructure functional and efficient
• Perform basic mechanical repairs, as well as basic electrical, electronic and mechanical fault finding
• Carry out daily checks of the interactive exhibits, based on maintenance manual guidelines
• Keep all documentation of both routine inspections and repairs up-to-date and in line with both internal and external procedures
• Complete log sheets, repair reports and warranty request forms
• Isolate any faulty units & provide a comprehensive fault report to the original supplier
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the best experience for our visitors based on the right and safe operation of all the equipment and installations
• Is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with contact persons and external partners/subcontractors, providing high quality services, coordination and regular, proactive and accurate communications
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations for a secure working environment
• Collaborate on project plans, timelines and budgets for electrical works

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• About 3-5 years of maintenance and repairs experience in a related environment
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Education in the field of construction/engineering
• Education in the field of construction/engineering ideally, with a backround in electrical installations, combined with some mechanical skills
• Basic IT skills and good at data recording and relaying information to a 3rd party
• Basic understanding of show controllers, lighting and audio systems
• Ability to understand and follow maintenance and repair instructions
