ParkAround, a premier technology company revolutionizing the parking industry, is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Engineer to support our parking solution, Parkadoro. This role is pivotal for on-site operations and overseeing contractors to ensure the upkeep and repair of our state-of-the-art parking solutions. Role Overview:

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of parking equipment.
• Perform on-site corrective repairs promptly within the Attiki region.
• Lead and manage external contractors during on-site projects, ensuring high-quality work.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing first-level support for active service contracts.
• Maintain thorough records of activities, both for internal use and client reports.
• Adhere to and champion our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, fostering a culture of safety and zero accidents.
• Provide on-call support during weekends and holidays, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (TEI) or a related Electrical Diploma from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred, particularly in parking hardware manufacturing or maintenance.
• Proficiency in computer skills and fluency in English.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A strong advocate for HSE principles, leading by example.
• Proficient in reading and understanding electrical schematics.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems, including hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
