In view of strengthening Deloitte’s Clients & Industries Internal Division, responsible for actively supporting the firm’s Top management in the design and implementation of the overall go-to-market strategy, through market analysis, business development activities and monitoring of business objectives, we are looking for an Operations Junior consultant to join our dynamic Clients & Industries team in Thessaloniki.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will join the Strategy and Operations unit and have the following main responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support all CRM business users by providing guidance, and solutions to their business requests
• Manage and improve CRM data quality
• Suggest potential improvements to existing products and processes to overall enhance user experience
• Support leadership and internal teams by providing useful data, insights, and business reports
• Create reports on industry and client activity to present information to top management in a clear and understandable manner
• Develop, design and maintain business intelligent reports and dashboards
• Participate in planning & execution of the annual budgeting process.
• Get acquainted and understand Deloitte services and offerings

Our Requirements

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s and or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or STEM;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments;
• Analytical & problem solving skills and ability to pay attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Knowledge of CRM Salesforce will be considered an asset;
• Basic knowledge of data visualization software such as Qilk, Tableau, PowerBi, will be considered an asset;
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as VBA useful for data analysis will be considered an asset;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language;
• Military service fulfilled where applicable;
