Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Align production with commercial demand forecasts across both units.
• Oversee SCM Activities: Supervise supply chain functions across Volos and Athens, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Optimize Inventory Management: Ensure the timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Manage 3PL Providers: Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Meetings: Coordinate collaboration between SCM, sales, and production teams to drive alignment and performance.
• Leadership and development of the supply chain team
• Monitoring KPIs and presenting reports to management
• Supervision of export procedures
• Supervision of procurement, warehousing, production, and distribution processes
• Development and implementation of supply chain strategy in line with business objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain operations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential data
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
