Project Planning Management: Oversee planning processes for real estate projects, including studies, building permits, renovations, and land use changes

Regulatory Compliance: Manage various aspects like stream, beach/coastline, Natura zone, forest land, and archaeological area management, ensuring compliance with regulations

Environmental and Municipal Management: Handle environmental permits and land contributions to municipalities

Record Keeping and Database Management: Maintain and update records and documentation of all planning permits and create a comprehensive database of the group's properties

Support for Acquisitions: Assist the Acquisitions team with feasibility studies and business plans for new projects

Strategic Real Estate Management: Collaborate with various teams to create value through new initiatives and conduct technical due diligence

What will you bring?

At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably with experience in hotel project permitting
Deep and current understanding of legislation related to real estate and environmental management
Good knowledge of financial feasibility, particularly in real estate development
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
To strategize and propose effective planning alternatives and solutions
Skilled in working collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders
