ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Kids Club Manager is responsible for the overall management, safety, creativity, and operational excellence of the hotel’s Kids Club facility. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional, engaging, and educational experiences aligned with the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

The Kids Club Manager leads the team of childcare professionals, develops age-appropriate programs, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and creates memorable experiences that enhance family guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, plan, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activity programs aligned with the Sandblu’s luxury standards.
  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children at all times.
  • Oversee daily Kids Club operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and facility organization.
  • Enforce strict safeguarding, health, safety, and emergency procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the Kids Club team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure quality, safety, and availability.
  • Manage the Kids Club budget effectively while maintaining premium service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall family guest experience.
  • Review guest feedback, track performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions.
  • Support promotional activities and revenue-generating initiatives related to family services.
  • Maintain high grooming, conduct, and presentation standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in childcare, education, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Certified in First Aid & CPR (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and international safety standards.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
