What you will do 

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s security department, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. 

• Manage, train, and supervise the security team to maintain vigilance, professionalism, and a proactive approach to potential risks. 

• Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies in line with the hotel’s standards. 

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless safety and security operations. 

• Conduct regular inspections of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and restricted zones. 

• Supervise security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access controls, alarms, and communication devices, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. 

• Handle incidents, investigations, and emergency situations with discretion, professionalism, and prompt action. 

• Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and hotel policies related to safety, security, and health. 

• Provide detailed reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to hotel management. 

What you will bring 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-profile facility. 

• Appropriate security certifications and licenses as required by local regulations. 

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 

• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus. 

• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, emergency response, and surveillance systems. 

• Familiarity with security technology, equipment, and preventive maintenance procedures. 

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make quick decisions, and act calmly in high-pressure situations. 

• Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
