Skyserv Ground Handling Services is looking for an experienced and committed Safety & Quality Key Person to support and oversee compliance with safety and quality standards across all ground handling operations.

This role plays a critical part in monitoring operational risks, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in both safety and service quality.

We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to influence safe behavior across teams.

Duties and responsibilities

· Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards across all departments and airport operations

· Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions

· Ensure that operational departments apply safety and quality procedures consistently

· Maintain documentation of safety reports, audit findings, and quality improvement plans

· Assist in developing, updating, and delivering safety and quality training programs

· Liaise with regulatory authorities and airline partners on matters related to safety and compliance

· Promote a safety-first culture across the organization through awareness and engagement

· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance service quality and reduce risk

Requirements and skills

· 3+ years of experience in aviation.

· Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA, IATA, ICAO) and quality standards

· Experience conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

· Well-versed in creating emergency response plans tailored to various scenarios.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet strict deadlines.

· Team-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and integrity.

· Managerial skills.

· Fluency in Greek and English.
