We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Brand Communications & Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead the storytelling and relationship-building efforts across the full customer journey. This role combines brand building, product marketing & CRM strategy, with a clear mission: to turn prospects into loyal advocates and make our brand speak with one clear, confident voice.
You will own the brand voice — across products, campaigns, and employer branding — while ensuring our customers are nurtured, retained, and reactivated through smart CRM and lifecycle communications.

Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Storytelling
- Develop and execute brand communication strategies for both product and employer branding
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging frameworks across channels (web, social, campaigns, PR)
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and People teams to ensure brand alignment
Customer Lifecycle & CRM
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey (onboarding, retention, churn prevention, win-backs)
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) with a focus on personalization and engagement
- Work closely with Data/CRM teams to drive segmentation and performance analysis
Strategic Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints — from ad to inbox
- Support go-to-market efforts with brand-aligned messaging and campaign content
- Partner with data analytics and product teams to align lifecycle journeys with business goals
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Brand Communications, Product Marketing, or/ and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing
- Proven track record in brand strategy, cross-channel storytelling, and customer engagement
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Game, Braze, Zoho) and customer segmentation
- Excellent copywriting skills — able to balance creative storytelling with business needs
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bonus: experience in fintech, insurance, or other customer-centric digital platforms
