Qualimetrix S.A. is a third party Contract Research Organization, established in 2013, that provides analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry. Qualimetrix S.A. is involved in the development of the Quality part of pharmaceutical products (module 3) as well as in Analytical Development, QC activities, QP services and GLP studies. In the frame of its activities, Qualimetrix S.A. is recruiting a Materials Management Assistant Officer for the Materials Management Department, based in the company’s premises in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, Greece.
Reports to: Materials Management Director
Responsibilities
- Manages the quotation request from suppliers, performs the compilation of purchase orders and order placement for laboratory consumables.
- Holds responsibility for the receipt and timely registration of laboratory consumables in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software)
- Contributes to the laboratory’s stock monitoring regarding analytical reagents and consumables and handles their management and storage in the company’s warehouse upon their receipt.
- Holds responsibility for the receipt, labelling, grouping, registration and storage of incoming samples.
- Handles the communication with approved subcontractors for outsourcing analyses.
- Contributes in the communication with suppliers regarding the management of instrument qualification.

Education requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Certificate of secondary education
- Good knowledge of the English language (CEFR Level B2)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred requirements:
- Degree in Medical / Chemical Laboratories Assistance or related field from a Technological Education Institute (T.E.I. or I.E.K.)
- 1 year experience in a GMP oriented laboratory
- 1 year experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software)
