Beauty Advisors

“Niche Fragrances”

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible to provide an exceptional customer service experience via your luxury customer centric approach and genuine passion for niche fragrances!

Luxury responsibilities:   

• Introduce to potential new customers a personalized “niche” journey
• Provide a high-quality service to retain existing clients, build and strengthen brands’ loyalty
• Safeguard the sophisticated image of niche brands by properly applying the selling ceremony and utilizing products’ knowledge (in terms of features, profits, application)
• Support sales growth by providing a premium in-store experience and exceptionally executing respective promotional activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers
• Ensure merchandising material is up to date and according to brands’ guidelines
• Provide useful customer insights and requirements and monitor market trends
• Manage required administrative procedures e.g., orders’ processing and stock levels’ monitoring to establish the solid in-store presence of brands (in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, appearance and availability)

Role’s requirements:

• Graduate degree in Aesthetics/Cosmetology (or any relevant field) will be considered an asset
• 3-5 years previous customer service experience in luxury fashion, jewelry or/and cosmetics industry. Ultra-premium fragrance knowledge or/and experience will be considered an asset
• Genuine passion for fragrances partnered with a growth mindset
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills coupled with sophisticated manners
• Strong drive and commitment to achieve qualitative and quantitative results
• Commercial acumen partnered with a confident high-quality customer centric approach
• Positive mind-set paired with strong influencing and partnering skills
• Very good command of both Greek and English
• PC literacy skills
