Join Our Team as a Food Account Manager

If so, we want YOU to be our Food Account Manager in the Sales of Food Processing Department, of Rolco Christeyns!

Rolco Christeyns is a leading provider of hygiene solutions in the professional cleaning industry, with specialization in Ho.Re.Ca., textile care & food processing sectors.

Your new career at Rolco-Christeyns may begin in the following exciting sales management role:

Account Manager (AM) in Food processing sector, where you will be responsible for managing existing customers and develop and gain new customers by providing the best customer experience. You will ensure that on-going relationships are maintained with the existing F&B customers while maximizing offerings and profitability.

Your key objective will be to identify & generate revenue by developing market potential by generating new leads, qualifying, and closing sales; recommending Hygiene Solutions based on Rolco Christeyns Products and Services; delivering our promise and the value we provide as a total solutions partner to our F&B customers.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Understanding our clients' unique cleaning and hygiene needs.
  • Identify market potential within the selected customer portfolio by introducing new products. innovations and services; developing new applications.
  • Identify key decision makers in the assigned & potential new customers and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in the Rolco Christeyns offerings.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding account requirements and utilize information collected from the customer.
  • Close sales by building relationships with potential accounts; explaining product value & benefits and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Collaborating with our product development team to tailor solutions.
  • Drive profitable sales, using the available tools. Turning the Rolco Christeyns Added Value into Margin and Profit.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations.
  • A passion for improving food safety and hygiene standards.

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the food industry or related sectors (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to manage relationships with customers.
  • Results oriented and self-driven,
  • Excellent Presentation, negotiation and oral & written communication Skills
