Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Respond to opportunities promptly using software tools, emails, mobile, phone calls and any other communication platform. Providing the customer with a personalized experience by explaining website functionality on the phone, emails and any other communication platform. Seeding, developing and nurturing customer relationships. This entails: Studying customers to identify target contacts. Visiting customers to form long lasting relationships by illustrating the company concept and scope as well as explaining website functionality. Organizing events such as workshops or demos at the customer. Participating in events such as student graduations, conferences and others. Liaising with suppliers in relation to opportunities. Performing costings and submitting quotations. Writing reports. Supporting other members of the team from time to time. Maintaining company data. Marketing and other promotional activities.
Characteristics of who we are looking for: A self-starter who is energetic with a can-do attitude. Drive to complete tasks using honest and compassionate customer facing tactics. Strong command of English. Possess a driving license and their own means transportation. Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft office suite.
