Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional seeking an exciting opportunity to lead and shape Kulzer Dental Division products as a Country Manager? MCK Dental Consulting, being a partner of Kulzer Dental, would like to hire a Country Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding the market presence of Kulzer dental products in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
- Keeping weekly contact with end users, distributors and Opinion Leaders
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to capture market share and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinating marketing activities and customer orders
- Conducting market research and price / competition analysis before launching of new products
- Participating on dental fairs and exhibitions
- Participating on Corporate meetings abroad
- Extensive traveling based on market needs
- Regular forecasting and reporting to Area Director
- Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team, ensuring their professional growth and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team to align local strategies with the company's overall mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proven track record of success in a managerial role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
- Working experience in the dental field will be a distinct advantage.
