Scope:

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the sale of goods from Greece to other countries. They work with a variety of clients, distributors, and third-party providers, helping them to identify opportunities in foreign markets and facilitate sales abroad.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary.
  • Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
  • Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products.
  • Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
  • Ensuring that effective major account and business development plans are in place.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
  • Previous working experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English or more languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing tenders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Effective decision maker.
  • Strong attention to detail.
