Our team is continuing to expand so we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO).

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports to: Head of PMO

Location: Metamorfosis, Attica

The potential candidate will report to the Head of PMO and will be a member of the agile team of G4S Telematix. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone pursuing a career in Project Management!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
• Estimate the resources required for achieving project goals while controlling budgeted costs.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Identify, manage and mitigate project dependencies, risks and critical path
• Deliver and present Project plans, progress reports, proposals and project initiation documents
• Play pivot role to the digital transformation of the company by supporting the PMO and Ops teams to build the digital toolset for the Project Management and Delivery
• Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors
• Participate in Product evaluation of technologies

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational field
• 3 years work experience in project management in the Technology sector, including all aspects of process development and execution. Experience in IOT, Telematics, Security is a strong plus. 
• Hands-on proactive attitude and ready to do the extra mile for the success of the project 
• Solid experience on project management tools
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
• Ability to effectively prioritise, execute tasks and handle exceptions in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI) will be considered a strong plus
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English. Other European languages are a plus.
