Banxso, a leading European regulated forex company based in Athens, is seeking a dedicated Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining strong relationships with customers and improving customer loyalty. Your key role will be to implement retention strategies, handle customer complaints effectively, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and enhancing customer relationships.
2. Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
3. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analyzing customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the forex industry.
  • Financial market knowledge and trading is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and computerized environment.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
