We are excited to expand our business and we are currently in search of a new Field Sales Representative to join us in their quest of growing our business by building & maintaining successful, long-term client relationships with key partners!

Your role as Field Sales Representative is to identify opportunities for your clients and help them grow their business using our products and our technical support services. As our Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales strategies to grow your sales territory, and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals focusing on delivering high quality service to your clients and developing a positive relationship with them.

 

The position is based in Koropi - Athens

 

Requirements

What you’ll do:

 

  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with our clients
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, product and operations departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
  • Compile and monitor reports on key account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  • Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Field Sales
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional negotiation customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Robust organizational skills & resilience
  • Agile & Learning Mentality

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related field
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Previous experience in the coffee industry
