Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet volume and profit targets through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion
  • Market Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across all product categories
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Business Development: Actively prospect for new opportunities and maintain robust sales pipeline
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competition, pricing, and market dynamics
  • Sales Process Management: Handle presentations, trials, negotiations, and after-sales support
  • Reporting: Submit monthly forecasts and maintain detailed sales records

Required Qualifications

  • Language: Native English speaker or excellent english proficiency
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering fields preferred/ flexible with extensive sales experience ).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities
  • Travel: Frequent travelling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Greek/ European markets
  • 3 years’ experience in industrial B2B sales with long sales cycles
  • Distribution channel management experience
