Optimal, on behalf of its client—a leading force in insights-on-demand—is seeking driven Client Service Associates – Evening Shift to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in high-energy environments, have a natural flair for communication and negotiation, and are excited to work with international clients and experts across diverse industries.
As a Client Service Associate - Evening Shift in the evening team (17:30–01:00), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between global clients and industry experts. You will support time-sensitive projects across regions, ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional service during key international business hours.
- Hybrid structure: first 3 months onsite (office-based training and onboarding)
- Followed by remote work from home
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored expert matches within tight deadlines
- Identify, evaluate, and engage industry experts aligned with client needs
- Facilitate connections between clients and experts, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Conduct research across industries to support client inquiries
- Reach out to potential experts through various communication channels
- Develop core skills in sales, negotiation, time management, and stakeholder communication
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Availability to work evening hours (17:30–01:00)
