Network Manager (HVAC / Energy Systems)

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client HomeServe, is seeking a Network Manager to develop and manage a network of technical professionals in the Attica region.

📌 Location: Attica & surrounding areas
📍 Work Model: On-site / Field-based
🖋️ Reporting to: Operations Manager & Country Manager

🎯 Role Purpose
This role is responsible for managing, coordinating and developing a network of technical professionals and partner companies involved in the installation of climate control systems (gas, aerothermal systems, photovoltaic installations, etc.).

The position ensures:
• Compliance with regulatory and Health & Safety standards
• High service quality and customer satisfaction
• Operational efficiency and network performance

 

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Network Recruitment & Development
• Identify, recruit and onboard technical professionals and partner companies
• Utilize effective recruitment channels (job boards, technical schools, etc.)
• Ensure proper network sizing aligned with operational targets
• Manage the selection process based on certifications and role requirements

Contract & Partner Management
• Prepare and manage commercial agreements (employees, subcontractors, franchises)
• Coordinate contract signing in line with business needs

Training & Operations Alignment
• Train partners on company tools, applications and procedures
• Communicate pricing policies and customer-specific processes
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and service standards

Operations & Quality Management
• Support service assignment and daily operations
• Handle communication, issue resolution and incident management
• Monitor quality KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements

 

✅ Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in managing technical teams or professional networks
• Experience in HVAC, energy or gas sector will be considered a strong asset
• Degree or vocational training in Engineering / Heating & Cooling Systems is preferred
• Gas certifications will be considered an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
