YOUR ROLE

• Enhance and expand our Customer Distribution network (Hairdressing Beauty Salons and Barbers).
• Drive new customer acquisitions (Field, Key Accounts, Premium salons, and Barbers).
• Nurture and manage relationships with our existing customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring their needs are met on a daily basis.
• Attend and support all related customer needs to assure successful development of all brands and services.
• Conduct regular reports about customers and marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to help achieve our company’s objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• A relevant university degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant/ Representative in retail or professional channels.
• Strong command of the English language, proficiency in MS Office, digital tools and social media.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
• A positive mindset, competitive spirit, and a collaborative nature, with the skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional customer focus and relationship-building skills, with the flexibility to adapt to various customer profiles.
• Willingness to travel within Greece.
