We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Thessaloniki, responsible for managing and growing key clients across Northern Greece.
This role is highly commercial and field-oriented, combining strategic account management with hands-on execution, aiming to accelerate growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across key accounts in Northern Greece
- Manage the end-to-end sales process (distribution, orders, deliveries, collections) within the region
- Monitor performance vs targets and ensure alignment with budget & regional objectives
- Develop and execute commercial & promotional plans tailored to local market dynamics
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution footprint
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to deliver results
- Lead forecasting & promotional planning for the region
- Support new product launches and ensure strong in-store execution
- Perform data-driven analysis to optimize account performance
What We ’re Looking For
- 8 years of experience in Key Account Management (FMCG)
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Greece market & retail landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and Commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced user of MS Office & ERP systems
- Fluency in English
- Field sales experience is a must
